Billing and subscriptions are easy to manage with Team Road Warrior.
Base Team Subscription
Base Team Road Warrior is $20/monthly - this is billed every month, starting from when you sign up (so for example, if you sign up on the 10th, you'll be billed on the 10th of each month).
What you get with Base Team
Base Team includes a dispatcher user with access to the Team Admin web desktop planner, as well as 5 driver accounts that you can provision for your drivers to log into the Road Warrior mobile app. No additional purchases or subscriptions are needed.
Note: If you are upgrading your account from a Pro account, you can cancel your Pro account through the Android Play Store or Apple App Store - unfortunately we cannot do this automatically for you, as Google and Apple manage billing and subscriptions for Pro.
Adding more drivers
If you need more than 5 drivers, it is easy to add additional driver accounts to your subscription. You can purchase any number of driver packs, which are $20/monthly and give you an extra 5 driver accounts and extra quota. This can be done via the Driver screen by clicking on the Manage Plan button in the upper right.
With Team Road Warrior, you get a quota of 1,024 optimized stops per day, as well as 1,024 searches per day. It is very rare that users hit these quotas, as they are primarily designed to prevent abuse of resources.
Also with each driver pack purchased, there is an additional 1,024 optimized stops and 1,024 searches added per day.
Managing your subscription
Updating Payment Method
If you need to change your payment method, you can do so easily through the Team Admin web app. Log in, then open the Help and Settings menu button at the top of the screen, and select Profile and Settings. After that, go to 'Quota and Billing', and scroll down to the bottom where you will see a button called 'Update Payment Method'.
Restarting your subscription
If you've had a Team membership in the past, it is easy to restart your membership with us. Simply log in to the Team website, and follow the prompts. You'll also have the opportunity to change your previous payment method if you need to before resubscribing.
Canceling your subscription
If you would like to cancel auto renewal of your subscription, you can do so by logging into the Team website, then open the Help and Settings menu button at the top of the screen, and select Profile and Settings. After that If you scroll to the bottom of the screen there will be a button that says 'Stop Auto Renew'.
