The Team Subscription
Subscribing to the Team base plan includes a Dispatcher Account, which provides access to the Team Web Planner. Associated driver accounts can be purchased separately.
Warrior Tip: If you do not need any driver accounts, no additional purchases or subscriptions are needed.
Team RoadWarrior is billed monthly, and the pricing depends on your needs. The base plan is $10/month - this is billed based on when you sign up (so for example, if you sign up on the 10th, you'll be billed on the 10th of each month). Each driver under your subscription costs an additional $5/month (so, if you have 3 drivers, your total is $25/month).
To add driver accounts to your subscription, simply go to the Drivers tab in your Team planner, and then tap the Add Drivers button in the upper right. Please note that adding a Driver will automatically add a $5/month charge per Driver.
With the Team Road Warrior base plan, you get a quota of 500 optimized Stops per day, as well as 500 searches per day. These quotas are designed to keep speeds running high for our users; it is very rare that users hit these quotas, as they are much higher than average daily Stop count. With each additional driver pack purchased, both daily quotas increase by 500.
Managing your subscription
Switching from Pro to Team
If you are upgrading your account from a Pro account, you can cancel your Pro account through the Android Play Store or Apple App Store - we cannot do this automatically as Google and Apple manage billing and subscriptions for Pro accounts.
Updating your Payment Method
If you need to change your payment method, log in to the Team Admin Web app. Tap the gear menu button at the top of the screen, and select 'Profile and Settings'. After that, go to 'Quota and Billing', and scroll down to the bottom where you will see a button called 'Update Payment Method'.
Restarting your Subscription
If you've had a Team membership in the past, it is easy to restart your membership with us; simply log in to the Team website, and follow the prompts. You'll also have the opportunity to change your previous payment method before resubscribing.
Canceling your Subscription
To cancel your subscription's auto-renewal, you can do so by logging into the Team Admin Web app. Click the gear menu button at the top of the screen, and select 'Profile and Settings'. After that If you scroll to the bottom of the screen there will be a button that says 'Stop Auto Renew'.
